Suzhou Deers Precision Mold Co., Ltd. is specialized in producing and selling dredging hoses, oil hoses, rubber fenders and other rubber products.

We have 15 years of producing experience, and our factory occupies an area of 30000 square meters, owns over 500 staff members and 12 R&D Centers.

In 2008, we successfully developed self-floating single-frame and double-frame oil hoses, which have been certified by International authority organization. They have already been put into large volume production. Our company has complete supporting facilities and inspection devices: 2 sets of 100L Banbury Mixers and 3 sets of 55L Banbury Mixers. 4 self-floating plants and 10 common rubber hose plants are used in our factory. The capacity of short hoses can be over 40 pieces and the output of floating hoses with inner diameter of more than 700mm can be 3-5 pieces per day.
